Best Affiliate Blogging Sites

The concept of Affiliate Marketing is simple. Promote a merchant’s products or services on your website by joining their affiliate program and earn commissions when a sale is made. It’s completely understandable that so many people want to give it a try. The problem however, is that unless you’re a graphic or web designer, building the website can be confusing and difficult. Even if you’re a marketing guru, you may still need help building your affiliate website. Let’s go through some different ways to get a stylish and functional affiliate website online.
Do-It-Yourself Website Design
If you have basic knowledge of web design or know how to code and design websites inside and out, you should consider building your website yourself. Not only can you save a lot of money, you can use programs like Dreamweaver or FrontPage to help you out. They will provide you with a nice graphical view of your site as you design it as well as provide an easy method to FTP your files to your web server. Of course, if you are familiar with web design, you can always use the ‘code view’ option.
If and when you need help, there are many forums on the Internet to help get you back on track. It is important to recognize that if you don’t have an eye for colour, layout, or style, doing it yourself might not be the best option. The point of the site is to generate trust with your visitors so they click your links and earn you income. If your site looks like it was thrown together and is illegible, it won’t be an effective affiliate website. You’ll just be wasting your time.
Hire Someone to Build a Custom Website
A custom website gives you the ability to design and structure the affiliate site exactly the way you want. Look in your local phone book for web design companies or search the Internet. While hiring someone to build your site can free up a lot of your time, it usually costs much more and takes longer (weeks to months). If you aren’t in an immediate rush and you have no knowledge of HTML or website design, you might want to consider having someone else do the site for you and possibly show you how to add new affiliate programs and content in the future. It’s better to spend a more and have your website built properly in a month, then spend 6 months constantly fixing an amateur site that nobody trusts (and hence makes you no money!).
Co-Brand an Affiliate Program Website
There are Affiliate Programs that provide the option of co-branding websites. They are pre-built and ready-to-go with all the information about the product or service including your affiliate links! They include pages of content provided by the merchant so that you don’t even have to write your own. You can literally have your complete affiliate website up in minutes. You can change your logo and text if you’d like.
The only downside however is that other affiliates use the same co-branded website meaning your site is no different than theirs. I would recommend that if you go this route, you change up the content and add your own so that your site has an advantage over theirs. Co-branded sites are not appropriate if you plan on including other affiliate programs. These sites are targeted for one Affiliate Program, although you can always add others in the future.
Blog About your Niche!
The easiest way to get a website online quickly is to start a blog. You simply sign up at one of the many blog websites online and post content. There is no need to know HTML code because everything is done via their graphical interface. The blog usually has a pre-determined design but in some cases you can customize certain aspects yourself or even attach a blog template to completely change the design. Attach some banners and text links from your affiliate programs and you’re good to go.
Get a Website Template Online
Web Design Templates are no longer amateur looking websites with one colour down the left and across the top. They have come a long way and now there are thousands upon thousands of professional and stylish designs for any industry and can either be customized by someone else or customized by you using Dreamweaver or FrontPage. There are HTML, Flash, blog and forum skins, and online store templates for ecommerce. They come complete with multiple pages already integrated so they’re much more than just template designs.
Website Templates are cheap (usually starting under $20) and fast to get online because you download them in a zipped file from the web template supplier. If for example, you are building a niche dating affiliate site, why not get off to a quick start with a professional pre-made dating website template? Then you just have to add your affiliate program links and unique high quality content and upload to the Internet. In just a short time you’ve developed a completely new niche website you can call your own. It takes the entire aspect of planning and building out of the equation and that’s the part that’s difficult for most people. I highly recommend giving them a chance.
In Conclusion…
Affiliate Marketing can be a lucrative online business opportunity but the website portion can stop some people dead in their tracks before they even start. Fortunately there are many options to developing an affiliate website. Anyone can be successful in Affiliate Marketing, even those with no web design experience. Develop your website using one of the options we discussed and then add affiliate links and your unique content to earn income by working at home in Affiliate Marketing.

wealthy affiliate

Wealthy affiliate is a great membership based site that will teach you the fundamentals of affiliate marketing. Let me say this first, if you are hesitant about joining any program because it costs $29 to $67 monthly don’t do it. If that kind of money is a big deal to the point where you are worried about being burned, save it for a Chinese take out or a trip to the movies. The cost of joining wealthy affiliate is small change in the long run and could easily sell for 10 times more.
You get numerous tools for research, finding niches, and building websites, along with all sorts or training on pay per click, article marketing, and a lot more. I am not going to get into super fine detail here, because I want you to consider if wealthy affiliate is really for you.
I have been an online entrepreneur since 2006, and here’s the thing about affiliate marketing, it’s time consuming and tedious. If you are super technical, and absolutely hate customer support and dealing with people than do affiliate marketing. Here’s why I say that. It’s easier, faster and less time consuming to sell 3-4 high ticket items than it is to learn how to do affiliate marketing where you make $5-$32 per sale. Finding a an offer that you can make money on is like finding a needle in a haystack and you will need to launch about 50 campaigns before you find a winner.
Wouldn’t you rather invest the same time and energy and get paid much more? I would hope so. If you are considering affiliate marketing I would suggest seriously considering other hybrid business models where you can still sell other people’s products, where the company you promote handles delivery and customer support. In addition market products backed by a money back guarantee. This will help you and your customers. There are lots of people out there who are looking at affiliate marketing as a viable income stream and if you want to join Wealthy Affiliate to do so, ask yourself these 3 questions.
Do I want to promote lots of product to make several thousand dollars or would I rather promote 3 or 4 products that have profits of several thousand?
Do I have moderate people skills, and am I willing to consult with people?
Do I have 10-15 hours per week to invest in training and operating a business?
If you answered yes to those questions I highly recommend you consider other business models instead of joining wealthy affiliate because it may be a better fit for you and can be more profitable.

Search Enginge and Affiliate Marekting Blog

Asking about affiliate marketing with my blog…?
Okay…I had already asked a question a few days before about why my blog doesn’t come up when I used the Google search engine, even though I have entered my website’s whole address (copy pasted) into the search box…
I reviewed the answers, and I found out that my website actually does come up inside of Google…
And now, to be totally honest…I’m actually using my blog for affiliate marketing for a certain website…and I think I get the drill on how to use the blog for it…my only problem is…I can’t seem to make my website to show inside the normal Google search engine (you know, the www.google.com place…) cause that’s the place where people search for things, right?
Can anybody help me on this? Oh yeah, I had already aired the website since late October…
Hi buddy!
Well, appearing on the first page of search results especially on Google is an interesting approach. It may seem too complicated, but after you learn some basics, it will get much easier.
The process of making web pages shown on the search engines is called Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and is a step-by-step process. Do it properly and you will come up on the first page very soon!
First of all, you need to choose a main keyword which is related to your website topic. A keyword that is not too broad and general, is searched accross the Internet many times and has very low competition. Some keyword research tools may give you the needed datas. That´s why it is recommended to select your keywords before you build your web pages.
Then, put that main keyword on some parts of your website. This is called On-Page Optimization. Put it on your domain name or sub domain name, put it on your Title tag, add it to your meta tags (Keywords and Description). Put it on your web page in some important places such as Headings, first and last paragraphs, as bold and italic fonts, and of course in your text. But don´t EVER try to use those keywords aggressively in your content. It will harm your SEO efforts and Search Engines will find it out and ban you instantly. NEVER try to abuse the system or spam!
Now, it is time to get backlins to your website (Off-Page Optimization). Try to choose websites that are related to your topic and have high PageRank. You should have your site published on other websites as anchor text. Meaning that your link on other sites may look like as a text including your main keywords instead of a link.
The more web pages link to your site, the higher positions your site will get according to that keyword. But, like I said before, the first step is to research and find the best related keywords to your site´s topic. You may find some datas on free keyword tools such as Overture and Google Keyword Tool, but I would prefer to use some paid tools that give me a lot of data about my site topic.

search engine submission

I need some search engine submission help. If I build a lot of websites, and link them all together,?
and then add them to search engines, will that promise me a good ranking in search engines? Also what is the best way to get my keywords across to search engines, is there such a way to link keywords so that search engines pick them up for the type of websites that I have? I have about 30 sites all in the same field.
Personally, I think your idea sounds really, really bad. Not only the ‘adding websites to search engines’ (which I think you mean submitting your site to search engines), but linking them all together. Even if your websites are highly-related, it would look a bit fishy to have 30 websites, likely all with the same class-c ip address & other identifying info, to be linked together like a small-scale link farm.
This is candid advice, but I’m telling you — you are not going to like the results you get with your proposed line of action.
If you want some free advice, without any strings, contact me at my website — by what you’ve written… you are on the completely wrong track, and listening to suggestions on how to add meta tags to your site are only going to make things worse for you.

How To Use Social Media For Marketing

You have probably heard about websites like MySpace, Facebook, and YouTube and you may even be aware of social bookmark sites like Delicious and Digg, but is your church using these social media as part of its online marketing strategy? What exactly is social media and how can your church utilize social media as part of your online marketing strategy?
The Winds of Change:
Over the past several years the web has undergone a transformation. It used to be that the “website” was the top item on the Internet, but over the past several years that has been changing. Now things like blogs, video sharing websites, social networking, and social bookmarking are the hot items. This is known in many circles as “Web 2.0″ signifying that the change of how people use the Internet has been so dramatic, it’s like a whole new version of the web.
There are now companies, organizations, and churches that do not even have a website, but rather their online presence is a network of these various social media sites:
What’s The Big Deal?
The main idea behind Web 2.0 is the sharing and discussing of ideas and information with others. It’s a way for people to interact online and a way to distribute information to the masses. Both the opportunity for interaction and the chance to have their voices heard have made social media extremely popular, especially with the younger generation. For the first time in history anyone can break a story, create a funny video that millions will watch, become known as an expert their field, or shoot breathe-taking photos and show them to people from around the world in a virtual gallery. Social media has given unprecedented access to people and ideas.
Having all this access to people and being able to distribute messages around the world is a great opportunity for churches. Does the idea of your church being able to reach millions of people for Christ sound appealing? I would certainly hope so. But ask yourself:
I’ll take a look at some ways your church can use social media in the next several articles.
One last thing I want to point out is that, while these social media options have become very popular, the “old fashioned” website has not lost its importance. Websites with good search engine marketing are still great opportunities for churches and other organizations to present information and reach people. In addition, many websites now incorporate elements of the social media, such as blogs and message boards. So, don’t go canceling your website just yet, but do start looking at how you can expand your online ministry by using the social media in concert with or on your website.

How can I find out if Tri State Events of East Rutherford is a DS Max company? Same business model, but I want
some sort of documented proof that this is an affiliated company. Is it even possible. This is one of those companies that promotes a training program, promotes only within and you are “trained” to own your own company. You are only paid by commission. There is no base pay and the atmosphere room and chanting and not being allowed to sit or lean during atmosphere is exactly like described in DS Max affiliates. Also is it possible that the company owner not even be aware that they are a DS Max affiliate, because no one who works there seems to be able to figure out who is at the top of this company. Any help on this topic is much appreciated since I am trying to peice this horrible puzzle that is becoming my boyfriends life together.
These companies are so well hidden…I don’t get it, so when you find out, please let me know!

What the heck is social media and how does it affect you as a local Albuquerque business owner? I believe the game of social media is misrepresented. Many expert consultants and gurus say it is about the number of followers. I disagree. It is not about the number of follower it is about the number of listeners. If you have 10,000 followers but know one listens to what you have to say it will not make a difference. Yet if you have only 100 followers but they are raving fans and listen to what you have to say they are valuable.
Social media is just a new way of creating relationships. Sites like Twitter, Facebook, Flicker, LinkedIn, and Myspace are all just tools. These are tools to help you build relationships. I was raised that when you are meeting someone you extend your hand and offer a firm shake. You look the person in the eye, smile and say nice to meet you. The relationship that is started with a handshake only continues if you have something to offer to the other person.
This is the same with social media. The platform has changed, however the actions have not. Using the above mentioned tools allow you to communicate with more people fast than ever before. However the message still must be valuable. As a local business owner in Albuquerque using social media as part of your internet marketing strategy is very smart. However it is important to not loose site of why you are using social media strategies. The reason you should be using social media tools is to create a deeper relationship with your customers. People want to do business with friends. Using social media is a great way to form friendships with your customers.
The next step in effective social media marketing is to listen to your customers. They are willing to listen to you so you should reciprocate. Remember you are building friendships with your customers. It is important that you as an Albuquerque business owner open up as well. The message across the social media tools should not be all about brand building. The message needs to include some personal stuff too. You want your customers to form a relationship with you and not your brand.
If you use social media as it is intended to be used by listening to your customers and answering their questions or concerns you will be wildly successful. Don’t be afraid to disagree with your customers on stuff either. Social media is a conversation tool. It is OK to have a debate. This shows people you are real and that you believe in your product or service enough that even if you disagree you expect that people will do business with you.
The game has changed and the use of social media tools by Albuquerque business owners is a must. It is time to open up and be as transparent as possible with your customers. Social media is a great way to increase business and stimulate word of mouth marketing that so many businesses want. Follow these tips and you will be well on your way to creating a community of people that want to do business with you. Remember people want to do business with friends. So extend your hand, shake firmly, and look the person in the eye…Then ask them to follow you on your social media sites.
